They were initially very helpful and accommodating of my odd schedule, but after I paid to have a car shipped in, went to look at it, and found out that it was missing features that they claimed it had, the odd schedule, but after I paid to have a car shipped in, went to look at it, and found out that it was missing features that they claimed it had, they ghosted me and refused to refund me for the transfer. I never would have paid to have the vehicle transferred if it didn’t have those features. Such a shady business practice. I will not deal with them again. Now I see that they’re selling the car that *I paid* to have transferred here, for a premium price, because it’s in a “better market.” Such an aggravating ordeal. More
