Good experience with the exception of not receiving the warranty documents, we purchased the extended warranty and did not receive any information. After contacting Echopark chat we were able to contact th warranty documents, we purchased the extended warranty and did not receive any information. After contacting Echopark chat we were able to contact the warranty company. They were nice enough to Email the policy to us. It would also be nice if the salesman had a card to contact him if necessary. More
