Sales managers are great, attentive, and care about customer experience. They really made us feel heard and appreciated. Our sales rep however, was not the greatest. We treated him with nothing but respect and patience and were thankful of his time. However, he was rude, snarky, and very unprofessional. We were met with sarcasm and unnecessary remarks when we were asking to remove add ons from our purchase. Very unprofessional and I hope whatever is going on in his life gets better. I would also like to thank Andy from the service department who took time to share information on the vehicle. I really an appreciate him and the management team for allowing us to leave with a positive experience after what we were dealing with in the beginning. More
