My experience at Ed Martin was second to none! They took care of me from the moment we first made contact via email! I was immediately paired with a senior associate, Neal Graham, who knew how to treat me from the beginning. He was able to read me and knew I was no nonsense and wasn't here to "kick tires" and you know what, he treated me as such. I wasn't asked a bunch of silly questions, nor was I upsold on a bunch of crap I didn't want nor need. Within minutes of meeting Neal, I was shown my potential vehicle, and seconds later, was off on my own to conduct a private test drive. He didn't feel the need to tag along, he didn't WANT to tag along. He knew that my decision would best be made on my own and respected the fact that I'm an older buyer (41 at the time of writing this) and was trading in a rather prestigeous vehicle, a Porshce Macan GTS. I wasn't here to mess around and Neal didn't try any of that stuff. He treateed me with the respect I feel I deserve and he did everything in his power to ensure he was respected as well. And it worked! The dealership itself was tidy, quiet, and had just enough "energy" to not feel like a hospital with cars in it (if you know you know). Everyone at Ed Martin, and I mean EVERYONE from general manager to the janitor, was friendly, inviting, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and felt like a member of the Ed Martin family. Whatever they're teaching during training, it's working as I felt more valued at Ed Martin Toyota than at my stay at many a Mercedes or even Porsche dealership in the past. You can tell these people believe, trust in, and stand behind their product through and through. This is an experience I will not soon forget and I will make sure that I steer anyone looking for their next vehicle towards Ed Martin in the future. More

It takes a team to truly be successful. We started off by meeting Darnell in sales. He was immensely knowledgable about the ins and outs of the Toyota Camry. Understanding that we like to review our options, he was incredibly supportive our approach, never talked down about other brands, and focused on the value of the Toyota Camry. After driving several competitors and reviewing our options, we made the Toyota Camry our top choice. We called Darnell to start the next steps and were fortunate that they had the exact Camry model we wanted. We went in on the day after July 4th, a Saturday, which was incredibly busy. That's when we met Xavier, who is the glue behind all of the staff and ensures an absolutely great experience.Finishing up, we landed with Josh in finance; again, an amazing individual. To summarize: - Darnell, Sales - Aweosme. - Xavier, The Glue Guy (Mgmt) - Awesome. - Josh, Finance - Awesome. At no time did we have feel inconvinienced, under pressure, or otherwise.
