Our experience with our Sales guy, Jared, was good and our finance guy, Josh, was very good. However, before we drove off the lot we realized there was no drivers side floor mat. Our sales guy was already gone for the day (which is fine, no complaints) but no one seemed to be able to find the driver's side floor mat. All the other mats were in there but only the driver's side mat was missing. We went ahead and left the dealership. It wasn't a deal breaker for us but it would have been better to have ALL the mats in the truck. Other than that, it was a good experience. We are a Toyota family so we are still happy with our purchase, and with Jared and Josh. More
