I do understand the ups and downs of trying to provide a WOW experience to customers and staff. I didn't write the book on customer service but I did live it throughout my career. Ed Martin Toyota was not really on our radar. It was a little out of our search area. When we saw a vehicle that piqued our interest we decided to give you a try. All that being said, I extend to you what we experienced while at your facility. Katrina Jewell is just that, A JEWEL for your business. She was friendly, engaginging, knowledgeable, informative, and most of all incredibly patient. Over the past weeks I have engaged with several dealerships with varying levels of satisfaction . None came close to Katrina. In my most recent experience as a manager, she would not only be my most valued person but I would be relying heavily on her assistance with customer interaction and service. She would be my #1, if you will. If Katrina is not your #1 you certainly do have an amazing team assembled. In an era where it is difficult to find people that want to work...let alone someone that is as qualified, capable, and talented as Katrina. You have found a diamond in the rough and I hope she is a permanent player on your team. Although we spent far less time with Zavier Potter, he was no less cordial and engaging. He was insightful in his assistance and completed our transaction effectively and efficiently. While we were a fixture in your dealership for a few hours, we felt comfortable and at ease during the process. Watching your staff interact with current and potential customers was interesting. I saw smiles throughout the building. I am certain the rest of your staff is no less competent My wife and I cannot express the huge level of satisfaction and gratification we have with Katrina and the entire staff of Ed Martin Toyota. While we intend this vehicle to last when we retire, whenever that happens, if we are in need of another vehicle Ed Martin Toyota will be our destination. We will be referring friends, family and anyone we hear is in the market for a vehicle. More
Mohamed Awad was absolutely wonderful. I hate the car sales process and he was nothing like the stereotypical sales people you encounter. Delayed me picking up my new car to sell me more than what I wanted to buy. Ordered a car so I could get only what I wanted. When I picked it up it an option item added that I didn’t ask for.
