Called because my car was in a collision and the alert told me to contact my dealer and the service tech I spoke with was extremely unpleasant and dismissive and quite simply rude. Called back and Lori in service answered and was an absolute doll and deserves a raise. I didn’t get the man’s name but he should not be in a job that requires talking to people.
