They have really taken the time to think about the car buying and owning experience from the consumer's perspective and created an env need and more. Neil was extremely knowledgeable and almost acted like an educator when demonstrating and explaining the features available on our new car. You could tell he had dedicated a lot of time to truly master all the components and features and could explain them easily.
