I was disappointed. The appointment time was set by the dealership and they were not ready for me until 50 minutes after I arrived. Unfortunately I wasn't impressed. I came to return a leased Tundra. The manager and several of the employees didn't know how to "ground " my vehicle. I decided to look at used vehicle I came to return a leased Tundra. The manager and several of the employees didn't know how to "ground " my vehicle. I decided to look at used vehicles while waiting for them to figure it out. I found one I liked until I was told they wouldn't be giving me anything for trade and I would just have to turn it in.I was almost 8,000 miles under my lease allowance and my truck was in excellent condition. Plus I have a 700+ credit score. That didn't seem to matter. So I decided to go look elsewhere. I went to the restroom before I left and when I was walking to the front door I noticed the salesman was standing at the finance counter joking around with the guys behind the counter. I felt like they were having a good laugh at my experience. Of course I have no way to prove that. So I doubt very seriously I will ever go back to give them the opportunity to earn my business. More
