Bryan, I am sorry we could not ground your Ally lease immediately last Friday. We typically ground 1-2 Ally leases per year. As I mentioned to you in person, only one manager had the login credentials for grounding Ally leases and he was off Friday. While you were looking at the 2012 CTS I got myself grounding credentials and we got that handled. I apologize for the confusion, that was genuinely a one-off scenario and that should never happen again. As for the value of your truck, you had two options. 1) trade it in and we could apply any equity to your sale 2) turn it into Ally (they do not offer credit for under-miles). As for joking around at the sales desk; it is not uncommon for our employees to be having fun, after all-- we spend 50-hours a week together. I assure you that there was no unprofessionalism towards you or your situation. If you would like to discuss this in more detail, please call me anytime.
