Darnell went the extra mile to find the exact match of what we wanted and kept us up to date in every step of the way. I mentioned early on that this was a birthday gift for my wife and I always wanted to get a car with a bow and surprise my wife. When, Darnell called that car was delivered and ready for pick up, I forgot the birthday bow reminder, but Darnell remembered . When we came to pick up the car Darnell had the car with the bow ready to surprise my wife, and even sang happy birthday, who does that and what a voice!! What a great experience! I can’t go without giving props to Xavier, made the experience comfortable with no pressuring of buying unwanted extras. He kept it simple but specific with facts and good recommendations. Eric and his group were very welcoming to my last minute call and walk in. They were able to help me test drive a car quickly and had the car pulled up for me in the front of the building before I got to t call and walk in.
