My experience with Ed Martin Toyota dealership was nothing short of excellent. To start I was greeted at the door by Mr. Josh Tulledge. He helped me with the entire process of getting my new car. He was great, not a pushy salesman and was accurate and quick. A lot of gentlemen hospitality in Mr. Tulledge. The finance process was quick and painless as well and when I had to sign the paperwork it was explained to me thoroughly. Oh and the touch screen to sign papers was super dope. I would definitely recommend Ed Martin Toyota to anybody who looking for a car. Oh and yes my car is awesome. More

Very poor experience buying from Ed Martin Toyota. Car I ordered arrived from Toyota factory with a hitch that I did not order. No advance warning of mistake. I arrived to pay the agreed upon price and t ordered arrived from Toyota factory with a hitch that I did not order. No advance warning of mistake. I arrived to pay the agreed upon price and take my car home. However, Ed Martin Toyota felt it was my responsibility to pay full price for this part I did not order or authorize. Asked GM (Eric S) to get involved. His best offer was to split cost of hitch or wait on another car forthcoming. Not sure why this obvious mistake between Toyota and the dealer became my problem to pay for but Eric felt it was best to have the customer pay a higher price for this Toyota mistake. Attitude was also very negative as if he would as soon not have my business……the customer who did nothing wrong. I would absolutely go to a different Toyota dealer in the future……one that cares for their customers and owns up for and takes care of their or their suppliers mistakes More
