He remembered what we were looking for, and sent us a video of the vehicle we ultimately purchased. Coming back to Toyota! Eric, Dustin Because of the helpfulness of Sam Martin and Dustin Cronkite, we will be in of Friday, July 17th to sign papers on our new RAV4! Eric, Dustin Because of the helpfulness of Sam Martin and Dustin Cronkite, we will be in of Friday, July 17th to sign papers on our new RAV4! My wife and I were in this past Saturday to test drives a RAV4 we had seen on your lot after hours. When we arrived, Sam had the car up front, COOLED DOWN, and readyto go for us. He was most helpful and informative on the test drive, answering all our questions, giving insight as to which way would make more sense financially, based on the information we supplied. Sam was able to get the numbers for us based on what we needed. No fault of Sam, we had just come from a closing on refinancing our home, which involved a 3 day waiting period before we could purchase the vehicle. We asked if it would be possible to put down a deposit, to hold the vehicle till Friday. Sam went to check with Dustin, who came back to chat with us and extended a gesture fo faith, he gave Sam the Ok hold the vehicle till Friday the 17th for us. As it turned out, we were able to pick up our RAV4 on Thursday. Tony in finance was very helpful in getting us the best financing possible. At one point the computer wasn’t cooperating so Tony went “old school” with long form paper documents. We appreciated his time in rewriting our loan. Tony made the entire process smooth and painless. Growing up in a small town community, this was the way I can remember my mother and grandparents being treated in business situations. You helped out when you could, and this took me back to my youth. If what Sam was telling us about your facility is true, I look forward to the long journey ahead of us both. Came in on the 21st for some cosmetic work on the RAV4, service department was top notch! While waiting, I met Ace Barrow who followed up on our overall experience. Great people from the first step inside the door to pulling off the lot! This is the ONLY dealership we will be going to for our transportation needs.
