I think a lot of people know car dealers have a bad reputation of being heavy sales, non-transparent negotiations and that guy who hides behind the financial curtain that everybody thinks is born shady reputation of being heavy sales, non-transparent negotiations and that guy who hides behind the financial curtain that everybody thinks is born shady. But my experience with this dealership is none of those things !!! not only was my sales associate kind, transparent, and a great personality he asked me questions about how to tailor my shopping experience to our needs. I got a great value on my trade and was able to meet expectations on buying a new car with a loan that works for me. I appreciate the attention to detail the active listening that was going on paying attention to everything I was saying and truly engaging in not just selling me a car but getting to know me as a person. I think that goes along way. And we love our new truck!!! I am looking forward to being well taken care of with all of our built in maintenance for the next few years.
