The trade in offer on our Camry hybrid was the disappointing part of the experience. It was lower than Carmax had offered us for them to pay cash to buy our car. Not the best start to the purchase process. Once we decided against trading our existing vehicle in, the remaining discussions were better/went quickly, the finance team was friendly/efficient and the car was delivered. Overall I was a good experience. More
