Darnell has an excellent personality. I’m not very good with sales people & I’m usually pretty easily irritated with car salesmen because once I go to a dealership I usually already know what I want for th with sales people & I’m usually pretty easily irritated with car salesmen because once I go to a dealership I usually already know what I want for the most part. Darnell is a happy person, always a smile on his face, He ran all over that dealership and parking lot to accommodate me test driving the three Sequoia’s and then letting me test drive one of them for a second time. It was hot out, we have to wear these crazy masks, and he was running all over the place. he also stayed a few hours beyond his scheduled time off of work. From what I saw he treated all of his coworkers with respect and with a great attitude and personality. That’s hard to find. I have told my husband also what a great personality Darnell has. He also answered my questions. If I had a question he’s the type that knows how to get the answer. Whether he knows where to go to look it up or whether he knows who to go ask if he doesn’t know the answer himself. He cut out any of B.S. & I like that. He is assertive, not lazy, not arrogant. I can think of many other jobs Darnell would excel at with his personality and good attitude. I wish him the best and if we hadn’t already bought another Toyota vehicle a month ago we would definitely be back to Ed Martin to see Darnell. More
