After contacting the dealership online from Ohio about a used Toyota I quickly got a response from Mohamed Awad. He worked up a reasonable deal and held the car for us while made the four hour drive. As I had no interest in an extended warranty or special wax or other add-ons that typically come up during the paperwork signing, I told Mohamed that I didn’t want to discuss that stuff. He relayed that to the finance person and it was certainly kept to an acceptable minimum. And, by the way, really love my new RAV4 hybrid. More

Ed Martin and Sky are exceptional! My 2018 Subaru lease was up in August 2020 so I began my vehicle research in January/February. For my next vehicle, I was between a Toyota, a Honda and a Subaru. As I was doing my research, I visited a couple Toyota dealers and received average service. The team members spent more timing trying to sell me the car or talking about other sales that went well instead of listening to my questions and truly answering them. Ultimately I ended up at Ed Martin Toyota because of their reviews even though they were a bit of a drive for me. That is when I met Sky! I have purchased several Toyotas for myself and family members and I have to say that Ed Martin is the best dealership I have been to in the Chicagoland and Indianapolis areas and Sky is the best Toyota representative I have ever worked with in the purchase of my vehicle. When Sky met me January/February, he understood I was not ready to make a move on my next car yet, he took time to understand my parameters and run numbers with me and he gave me several suggestions. While I waited for a great incentive, Sky did not pressure me with lots of check-in but rather waited for me to circle back with him. When I noticed that there was a great incentive in May, I visited Sky again and he worked with me to get me in the vehicle I wanted promptly. I did not have to wait until August. I appreciated the great service and great deal I got with Ed Martin Toyota! I cannot wait to purchase more vehicles with Sky and Ed Martin. Definitely get your next vehicle here! More
