Excellent Experience I have been searching for a used Highlander since last July 2019. I have come close many times but just did not find exactly what I wanted. I found this car online and wanted to discuss it. DJ immediately contacted me back through my e-mail where back and forth conversations ensued. I scheduled a next day appointment for a test drive. Since we came from one and half hours away they held the car until we arrived. It was a very pleasant, not a high pressure sales experience. DJ was professional , personable and knowledgeable. He then switched us to Bryce in finance. That too was a great experience. Again, professional, personable and knowledgeable. My husband is a finance person and the back and forth between the two was with out a doubt quite entertaining as Bryce is one year younger than our son! Very determined young man presented his point well and they came to a mutual compromise. The BEST part of all was the surprise of the remote start on this Highlander. When DJ showed me this I immediately did the happy dance and gave him a virtual hug!!! I know it’s a small thing but he made my day. Kudos to him. I love the Highlander, it drives just like my Avalon.....smooth. I had a smile on my face all the way home. Thank you, both of these gentlemen are keepers. The only unfortunate thing we will not be servicing it at EdMartin......not because of the dealer but because of the distance we live. We will look to them for future Toyota purchases. More
