I was disappointed that the paperwork said my tailgate was missing a screw but they didnt replace it or at least ask me if i wanted them to replace it. I did not read the report until I got home or I wou was missing a screw but they didnt replace it or at least ask me if i wanted them to replace it. I did not read the report until I got home or I would have questioned it. Having said that I still think they do a great job and will continue to have them work on my vehicles.
