Yes, I recognized your half-hearted attempt to get me to go away by offering a measly $200, and as I made it clear to you over the phone and in my complaint that is unacceptable. When someone buys a car over the internet, they rely upon the dealership to be transparent. You sold me a car where the ash tray didn't work, the parking brake didn't work and the tires were bald without making me aware of any of these issues. Then, when you replaced the tint you damaged the car. There is a huge difference between selling me a car As Is and taking responsibility for damage you made. Either make things right completely or don't, but I'm not letting you off the hook without full compensation.
