There is one service advisor in there that is just the most unfriendly person I have ever encountered. I tried to ask about software updates once and he just kept repeating “they don’t pay us to do firmwa most unfriendly person I have ever encountered. The second time I was just wanted to get service scheduled and it was like he was doing me a favor and I was putting him out. I honestly will go to a different dealer from now on. More

I'm so glad I brought my 2022 Tucson Hybrid over to Northpark Hyundai, they really went above and beyond to help me out with a difficult situation. Blake was wonderful to work with, especially with how Northpark Hyundai, they really went above and beyond to help me out with a difficult situation. Blake was wonderful to work with, especially with how he heard my concerns and coordinated with his technician on a very tricky diagnosis/repair. Truly grateful as well for the loaner they provided for an entire *month* - and my car runs as good as the day I first bought it!
