Easy way to get your car serviced The people at Nissan dealerships are always friendly and helpful. The customer service lounge area is very comfortable and accommodating. Fresh coffee, cookies and other snacks are available. While you wait, you can watch TV or just relax. The only thing I would suggest is to turn off the music that was also playing in the lounge, as it proved to be a bit much. I had brought along a book to read while I waited, but as it so happened, the TV was tuned to one of my favorite shows, so the time I spent waiting went even quicker. When my car's evaluation was finished, Tyler brought the checklist out to me and explained things logically and honestly. The service was then completed in a timely manner. I would definitely go back there rather than bother getting estimates at other garages as I'd done this time. Nissan was honest and cheaper. More

They have a wonderful waiting room with wi-fi, tv, snacks, and comfy chairs. Their free car wash is better than many that I pay for!! I will keep going to them as long as I have my car and I'm in the area. Highly recommend. More

J R Gonzalez has been our finance person each time...also very incredible at his part of the process. The Rogue really suits our needs. We have been through the car purchase process at other dealerships. We are from about an hour out of the Cities, so we appreciate Chuck's fast phone call return and ability to do a great deal of it over the phone. Our only issue was that we like a door molding put on and there was a miscommunication with the time frame of gerting that put in and picking it up. We can understand things like that happen in a large dealership. We will continue to come back to Eden Prairie Nissan...and specifically to Chuck Eck. He takes a just right amount of time to explain the vehicle and syncs up our phones for us...yeah, Chuck! We have had experience with service...great from the driver who picked me up, to the service manager, work done, the entire process. Clean, great job, mindful of our time, good at explaining to a regular person...I'm certainly not another technician. 5 stars all around in our opinion. More

I ended up going into labor the day that I signed the papers and Mark personally delivered the vehicle to the hospital I was at on a Friday night, before being discharged the next day.
