Great service, as usual at EPN My car started behaving badly, but it was able to make it to EPN for an almost immediate appointment, scheduled while I drove. We had shopped 9 Nissan and 1 Toyota dealership and found the It was, finally, a pleasant experience to work with a professional, knowledge,salesman. We had shopped 9 Nissan and 1 Toyota dealership and found the best deal overall at Eden Prairie Nissan. Alex Zevelev was our salesman and we could tell right away his years of experience with the technology in the new Nissan’s is second to none. We took up much of his time over multiple visits learning about our eventual purchase. He carefully explained ALL the features on our Rogue SV. He made certain we were comfortable with our purchase and this was the right vehicle for us. No other dealership took the time we needed to make an informed decision. Shane Mahowald also made us feel like they wanted to EARN our business. We were greeted by him and Alex and immediately showed us to a beautiful lounge area where we were invited to enjoy coffee or beverages and cookies. We felt the sales staff was exceptionally professional through the entire process from start to finish. Alex repeatedly went out of his way to make us feel that this was the best dealership to do business with, and proved to us that he is the right person to answer ALL our many questions. He is truly a professional. Other dealerships didn’t seem to want to spend much time with us, so we went forward to Eden Prairie Nissan. Here we found Shane and Alex. True professionals that treat a customer with respect and go out of their way to EARN our business! Any new vehicle is an expensive purchase and shouldn’t be purchased in haste. We needed to have our questions answered and details explained WITHOUT PRESSURE from salesman who were only interested in a quick buck. The professional staff we had contact with, treated us with the courtesy and respect we expect. From start to finish over multiple visits, we were showed professional courtesy every step of the way. We would highly recommend Eden Prairie Nissan to anyone looking to do business in a non intimidating environment with true professionals. Bought a new car after doing internet research. I had no opinion of Eden Prairie Nissan going in. It started pretty much like every car dealership visit does, but the sales rep, Bryan, was affable and court opinion of Eden Prairie Nissan going in. It started pretty much like every car dealership visit does, but the sales rep, Bryan, was affable and courteous and most importantly, efficient. Along with Keith from Finance, they got everything processed quickly despite snafus with my insurance company. I really appreciated the quick dealership tour and especially, the complimentary loaner car when it turned out my new car wasn’t going to be immediately available. Job well done, guys. I’ll be back.
