But!!!! the way is was handled courteous and confident and explained very well why the work was needed by the service writer the accurate upfront quote. mad spending the extra money ok. When it was time to pay the bill I was escorted to the most pleasant cashier in the auto industry! I live in Oakdale so I Pass 2 other closer Nissan dealerships to get to you guys. it is because i trust your dealership and enjoy my visits. Even though it means I will be leaving with less money! They gave me an estimated time it was to be completed and let me complete some work in their customer lounge where they have water, coffee and snacks. They also provided free wifi and work areas while I wanted. Vehicle was completed ahead of estimated time and car was even washed when I picked it up. Great place, highly recommend them!! More
