I had been looking at many dealerships for sometime and walking into Eden Prairie Nissan was comfortable. I guess that's how I would describe it. My salesperson was Alex and he is great! I was greeted immediately but not with a sell, sell approach. In fact we had a meaningful general conversation for 15-20 minutes before Alex asked me how he could help. Perfect!! I purchased a Murano that day sight unseen! More

The vehicle needs a tutorial to make sure owners understand how to use and understand all the (expensive) features on the particular vehicle. The salesman was no help--he didn't know himself. No master listing of all the extras and features on the particular vehicle. It's very and I'm pleased with what I have doped out but 10 months later I still can't say with certainty how the vehicle is equipped. We like the car, but identifying features is still a matter of trial and error. I'm more computer literate than most but it took me several months of trial and error just to get comfortable with the Siri interface. My wife still hasn't a clue. Without knowing details of what's on the car, the user manual is difficult to understand. I'm a professional engineer and used to the gobbledegook needed to prevent liability suits--believe me you should have all that in the sales contract and put the user instructions in plain view. The user manual isn't much help without a good listing of the particular options and what they're supposed to accomplish. Most descriptions are prefixed by 'if so equipped' and it's not possible to know. Spend more time with familiarization and less flogging the infernal aftermarket warranty. I asked yesterday and got a pleasant but useless reference to the user manual. Didn't much appreciate that. A selection of 1 hour introductions on various features might help a lot with repeat sales and customer loyalty. More
