Amazon car service, average customer service desk One of the (a little bit) older guys helping with my car came out to the lobby to let me know he worked extra hard to get my car cleaned and fixed up. He said his wife owned a a Lexus as well and it was a great car. That was AMAZING service for me and got out to a shiny brand new car. The payment desk lady AND guy outside (different guy) were both crabby when I used a coupon there instead of when I got to the service garage. First off, I didn’t know I needed to do that. I had been there before and done it there and it was no problem in the past. Second, it was not a hassle at all for them. Don’t supply coupons if you can’t accept them when you pay for your oil change! Thanks for the help! Please give the older man (who I cannot remember his name) a 10 star out of 5 star rating. This was the morning of Tuesday at 7:45 am. Absolutely incredible service. More
