EDISON NISSAN has been the best dealership I have gone to so far. The sales experience was effortless and there was no haggling- quite refreshing I must say. EDISON NISSAN was very professional, I strolled in at 8:30 at night and they were receptive to the conditions I was looking for in the sale. They gave me the best price for my trade-in, and gave me a great price on my vehicle. They accepted the price of a car for a buying club that we are apart of, a service provided through our insurance company. What is remarkable is they were not even a participating dealer in this buying club. I would gladly recommend anyone who was looking to purchase a car, to purchase one from them. I would also recommend Rich the salesman who took care of me. He is prompt, friendly, and respectful of your time. More

I brought a car from them and gave them a down payment in cash. Considering they were not smart enough to realize that, they took my car back and kept my money for there weeks and then they were extremely r cash. I think there was more room in the price, but ultimately settled because they had the color we wanted. Zach has a team that works with him. All were very friendly but sales people none-the-less. Zach even called my insurance company to make certain it was insured - I never had any sales person do this. Terrible service department. I had to tell them what was wrong with my car. Sales reps and manager don't care about customer service....I even overheard another sales person being rude to a potential custom wrong with my car. The moment i walked into the dealership i was immediately greeted by a well dressed manager who identifed himself as Adam the sales manager, he offered me and my wife a beverage before we even started talkin greeted by a well dressed manager who identifed himself as Adam the sales manager, he offered me and my wife a beverage before we even started talking about cars. This was something we were not expecting after being hasseld by pushy junkyard salespeople all day at the other highway dealerships. After making us feel quite welcome and finding out what we were looking for he introduced us to one of his personnel that showed us several different cars in our price range and effectively answered all of our questions without being too pushy. Once we figured out which vehicle we wanted the price seemed a little out of our range but our salesperson went over and got the sales manager Adam and he came over and helped us reach our target payment. The other store manager Sunil Fernandez we met as we were leaving and he even walked us to our new car to double check and make sure everything was ok with our new nissan. I would have to say my wife and i have never quite had such a pleasent experince before when it comes to buying a car. I would recommend this dealer highly to my friends and family. More

It took this place 3 times to fix a leak in my tire. I kepy getting one excuse after another and then they want you to fill oput a survey telling them how wonderful they are.
