After waiting 4 hours for my car door to be fixed (the actuator has gone out), I found that the door was still sticking and the handle had to be pulled 3-4 times to open. Rotated tires and now air pressure device doesn't work. Vincent Merchant was outstanding getting me in for the first service on my new Hyundai Santa Fe. I have had a rattle above glove box since I bought the SUV. However for what ever reason could not get it to rattle during service. Hopefully the oil change and the additives Mr. merchant convinced me to purchase are a positive result. However I'm not sure about the tire rotation I purchased. I now have a problem with the tire pressure alert showing up on my dash. Bummer! Hind sight I would not rotate the tires. My guess you screwed up the sensor that transmits air pressure to the computer. More

Inaccurate online pricing and bait tactics Oklahoma has problems with these type of dealerships. They regularly use online “bait” pricing. For example, I contacted this dealership because of Oklahoma has problems with these type of dealerships. They regularly use online “bait” pricing. For example, I contacted this dealership because of their advertised online pricing for their Hyundai Elantra’s. They have it priced: $21,880 msrp -$1250 Hyundai rebate -$9350 Dealer Discount =$11,280 online pricing Plus if you qualify: -$1250 if using Hyundai financing -$500 military -$400 recent college grad I received a call back from a Coby. I attempted to get down to the details to the bait pricing. This guy would barely let me finish a sentence. He first said their “dealer discount” displayed online, was including all possible rebates and your down payment. I tried to explain to him that it is first off a “dealer discount” and the rebates are listed separately and a dealership discount would be just that, a discount from the dealership. He still tried to explain that the pricing would be determined on what rebates I qualify for and if I have bought a car from them in the past blah blah blah. In the end, I asked the simplest of requests. Ignoring their BS bait online pricing games, I asked that he provide me an otd price on the car. I do not know why these Oklahoma dealerships try and do business this way. How do you expect to sell a car, when you cannot even provide the pricing to the car you want to sell. What he tried to do was deflect my pricing questions and tried to get me “in the door” and take a test drive. But he could not provide me with the selling price to the vehicle or explain to me why they have chosen to use inaccurate bait the customer online pricing. He said he would get with his sales manager to get me the price to the car and I have never heard back from them. I am new to Oklahoma, but apparently these bait tactics are a problem here. I do not know if it’s true but was told it was getting so bad that they made it illegal to do this in Oklahoma. But dealerships such as this one choose to continue to use these scummy tactics. Never buy from a dealership that participate in these tactics. More
