I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Escape Active. It was the first new car I have purchased in 31 years. It was a demo model, with 1719 miles. I reported this to Cheyenne Lightfoot, the Customer Service Manager. She took care of it immediately, and within an hour, Dan Billiott, the Service Manager, called me directly and arranged for a service tech to come to my office and assess the problem. And just today, Justin Crowe, the Mobil Service Technician came to my office and replaced the panel. Justin was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The entire Elder Ford team, Ali, Cheyenne, Dan, and Justin treated me with professionalism, kindnesss, and respect. Absolutely Five Star service from the moment I walked into the dealership.
