I took my car in for the Works. That was on a Wednesday. Unfortunately, on Saturday, my friends noticed that I was missing a lug nut. So, I was able to get in contact with Juan on Tuesday and he told me to come back in whenever I wanted. On Thursday I showed up and I really appreciated Juan keeping me updated while I waited and assuring me he was going to take care of my issue as quickly as he could. I felt like I wasn't waiting very long. He took a personal interest in making sure I left with all the lug nuts tightened down on my car. The extra effort he put in to get my issue fixed was really nice change from most dealer shops. It wasn't long waiting for the parts to arrive from up the street and next thing I knew, I saw Juan outside with a torque wrench. He handed me my keys and I was on able to get back on the road again. I take about nine kids to practice every day as well as supplies back-and-forth when being called into the hospital. My equipment is not small and he was eager to make sure I was happy. My air condition works fabulously. I have taken my vehicle to Brandon Ford with no results on the air condition yet Elder Ford ‘s mechanic went above and beyond to find the problem and fixed it. I cannot say enough good about Elder Ford going the extra mile and I will continue to take my vehicle there in the future, I have currently five Fords in my possession and plan on buying a new one next year. God willing if we still have an America. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to your clients. More

Wrong information about the A/C issue on my vehicle. Also, wrong about brush bar installation. The pricing and list of items that were allegedly wrong were taken elsewhere. It seems that the A/C had NOT “committed suicide”, it was still blowing ice cold and had one small drip that was from a loose end on one of the lines. I had to take almost a full day from work only be told I would have to pay thousands to get my A/C, still blowing ice cold, because it had killed itself. I came in for a simple inspection but it seems I came to the wrong place. The time I lost cannot be replaced and the frustration with the lie to get me to spend more money is all I’m left with, and an oil change…. Maybe the A/C guy was confused however as a non mechanic, it is more than obvious what he said was just not the case. Also, “committed suicide” might not be the best description for a mechanical issue when dealing with a customer. Just a thought. Don’t know how this can be remedied but I’m extremely disappointed in this experience. More

This dealership is a complete scam. The price you pay for the vehicle ends up being 30 percent more than the advertised price. They will not give your keys back when you ask to leave. They add points to your interest (Wich is not illegal just not necessary as there are plenty of dealerships that don't do that. "The price you see is the price you pay" is a complete lie and they should be able to be sued just for making that claim as false advertising. More
