Excellent staff. I did not even buy a Ford there, but a different make used car. Good to start. Regretful in the end. 'Look at what I got you' the finance guy stated. Referring to $8,000 in service contracts included in the payment amount I agre Regretful in the end. 'Look at what I got you' the finance guy stated. Referring to $8,000 in service contracts included in the payment amount I agreed to before the finance company even approved the request. I never asked for any service contracts and they never offered any. Sliding that in at the end was some shady illegal xxxx to entice someone to feel good about what they already agreed to. It angers me to think what my payment amount would have been had I been smart and told the guy to 'remove them and tell me what my new payment amount is' They'll treat you like gold there but they aren't really doing you any favors. More
