My (wrong)loan is due in 3 days and I’ve called numerous times. Hasn’t been fixed and the blame is just passed around. Nice trucks but don’t buy from here unless your paying straight cash. Also told me all the extra stuff that their dealership does to provide a better experience and attempted to charge me for it on the back end. Go buy somewhere else More

We were in town for our granddaughter's birthday. Our started went bad in the parking lot of the hospital. I towed the car to Elder right before closing; Daniel recommended I get a rental before the Our started went bad in the parking lot of the hospital. I towed the car to Elder right before closing; Daniel recommended I get a rental before the rental office closed (Enterprise one block away); that was before I even officially checked the car in. Then he stayed a little after his shift to get me checked in and squared away. They diagnosed the next day and we were out the door w new starter day 3. Great job! Thank you. More

Will never buy another vehicle from your dealership. Horrible service. Should have walked out but I didn't. Wandered around the lot for 15 minutes, no sales associate. Multiple people standing around no Horrible service. Should have walked out but I didn't. Wandered around the lot for 15 minutes, no sales associate. Multiple people standing around not interested in the fact that my wife and I were actively looking at one of the most expensive trucks right by the front door. Had to go inside and ask the receptionist to see a sales person, and had to wait another 10 minutes. If you didn't have the exact spec truck I wanted to buy and looked for all over the state I would have left. You do your customers a disservice by adding all the "extras" onto a vehicle and not advertising it. The PPF is absolute garbage and I've already removed it from the front of the truck I purchased. It was so horribly installed a blindfolded toddler could have done a better job. The PPF on the screen and behind the door handles is trash too. I work outside in the agriculture industry and I have never scratched any touch screen on the five F250s I have owned in the last 12 years. The "door protector" PPF isn't even on the part of the door that would hit an object next to it! What purpose does it serve, other than looking like crap and showing dirt lines along the edge of the white paint on the doors. A $103,000 truck and you use pre cut pieces that the tech can't even align or put in the right place is comical. The bed liner you put in your trucks is awful. I've had multiple F-250s with the factory spray in liner and it was great. The liner you installed is slicker than the factory paint in the bed, shows every scratch and who ever put it in sprayed it down the gooseneck holes and all over the bolts on the tailgate. I had to scrape it out of the gooseneck holes to get the ford factory ball to go in. The fact that you think a tailgate lock is a beneficial upgrade to a truck that the tailgate locks with the doors is laughable. Sales guy was nice, but spent way to long playing the "talking to the sales managers" game when we can see their desks and they were all standing around doing nothing. It's not like he had to try and sell me a certain color or package. I knew the exact truck I wanted before I walked in. xxxx I traded in the exact same truck just with a different colored interior. Finance guy put the service plan and battery plan on my contract with no price explanation, just sign here and here and here and here. It was my fault, I should have left after being there for over two hours before even seeing him. I was so tired by the time we got done waiting to see him I just didn't care, give me the truck and get me out of here. After driving over two and a half hours from home visiting multiple dealerships I just wanted to leave. Left the dealership at 8:30 at night and tire pressure light came on less than a block away. All the tires were 10-15lbs under the manufacturer spec on the door plate. Just kept driving because no way was I going back there. Also I have no clue who Zaire Jackson or the Gregory guy are. Casualties of the online review i guess. I called to head sales manager listed on your website to tell him my frustrations about thePPF on the front of my truck, this is not between me and the sales associate but the higher ups who make decisions. He couldn't even call me back and had the sales associate do it. Johnathan was a nice guy and kept telling me he had been a sales associate for ten years. But after hearing multiple times "please make sure you give me a five star review my job depends on it" it makes me less inclined too. I am in the retail/service business world as well with multiple stores, and I just ask people to leave an honest review. Begging for reviews is not the way to do it. I wasn't even going to leave a review because I didn't even want to spend the time thinking about my experience at your dealership, but I got multiple automated texts about how important the 5 star review is to your dealership. So congratulations here's my 1 star review. Dan Sills can call me More
