The car was in decent shape, some issues: missing floor mats and trim pieces, and the drivers side heated seat not functioning as advertised. I purchased this vehicle from another state and I did have some mats and trim pieces, and the drivers side heated seat not functioning as advertised. I purchased this vehicle from another state and I did have some trouble with elder ford providing me with the necessary documentation needed in order to get my car registered in my state. Elder Ford did not want to provide me with the documents at first, but without them it would have been impossible to get my car registered, so they eventually relented. Also, I was provided with a form that needed to be notarized, but my notary refused to sign it because it was pre-dated. I was assured that the dealer notary would take care of the paperwork, and over a month later I was surprised to find out that this had not been done. I needed to reprint a form, have it notarized and mailed to a different point of contact in order to have my car registered. I’m mostly happy with my vehicle (with the exception the malfunctioning heated seat and missing trim/floor mats), but not happy with the dealership dropping the ball on my paperwork. More
