Brought my new vehicle in with 5 issues. The only item that got corrected was the oil change. They indicated they needed to order some parts. It’s now been 4 months with no follow up. I’ve left several messages with the service advisor I was assigned. One issue I am having allows water to come in to the vehicle causing damage to the carpet and liner so now additional repairs will be required. When I linked it up the new floor mat with the words Shelby on it is now stained with black on the light grey letterings. They worked on the mount and balance if they wheels. They left big patches of tape from the weights they removed and installed new weights where they stand out. Not something you want to see when you buy a 120k vehicle and spend additional money putting a ceramic coating in the entire vehicle including the rims. The issue wasn’t fixed either and still rides very rough. You can contact me for more info. Very disappointing. More
