Very unorganized, overly priced, no one knows what they are doing! Very disappointed! They didn’t even use my Ford points. They told me the next that I could. Also was called a few weeks later by a manage are doing! Very disappointed! They didn’t even use my Ford points. They told me the next that I could. Also was called a few weeks later by a manager who said that my account wasn’t closed out that I never paid my bill which I did so that means there is someone taking money or people don’t know how to count cash.
