I started communicating with dealership on March 9th. Vehicle finally arrived on site, completed inspection and I was sent photos on March 29. Then they tell us some story that the vehicle wasn't in good condition and they weren't selling it. After waiting weeks to see the vehicle, immediately contacting them and they sold car to someone else! More

Need to improve communication with customers and between staff at dealership. One issue took multiple trips to dealership, phone calls (which some never were returned or answered, my time and money. Jennifer was fantastic. Really good. So was the rental guy. Everyone is super friendly. I give the front end 5 stars. The repair department not so good. My car is currently Really good.
