Superior customer service! Austin Kedrie provided way above and beyond ordinary customer service when I recently purchased my truck at Elder Ford. I was quite indecisive and somewhat difficult to work with but he didn’t give up and listened carefully until he found what I really wanted. Then after I had already purchased the truck he spent a good deal of time showing me all the features and electronics of the truck making sure my phone was hooked up to the blue tooth and that I was aware of all the features that I had purchased. All this after most everyone had gone home for the day. Truly superior customer service! More

Johany saves the experience I love my Ford Fusion but have had repeated issues with the headliner coming out from under the trim. Every time I called to have my issue repaired t I love my Ford Fusion but have had repeated issues with the headliner coming out from under the trim. Every time I called to have my issue repaired the service advisors have been wonderful to deal with but none compare to Johany, He has been the best representative by far. The last time they dealer had to replace the headliner completely they had my vehicle for a week. This time they gave me a loaned car to use while mine was back in for the same issue, or so I thought. It took a week for the car to be repaired and it was two clips that were not placed back correctly, or came loose, after a previous repair. While a bit embarrassing for the service technician who did the last repair, overall they did fix my issue and gave me a loaner car to use so I was not too inconvenienced. Thanks to Johany keeping me up to date and being up front and honest, it saved the whole experience for me. He is a very valuable asset to Elder Ford! More
