I have the best salesman I've had the pleasure of dealing with (Oscar). He has now assisted me in purchasing my 11th vehicle in a 4 year span from Elder Ford.. He is the best. The dealership was extremely busy and all the finance folks were tied up with customers. I then had the pleasure of meeting and finishing up my new deal with Scott Walls. The director of finance. Scott is extremely professional and completed my deal in record time. I am a Ford man for life and Elder Ford is my go to dealer. Thanks again for all your professional service. More

Quality of work was fine. Fees were not. The quality of the service work met or exceeded expectations. However, charging me shop fees of almost $30 to put a battery in one key and cut a new k The quality of the service work met or exceeded expectations. However, charging me shop fees of almost $30 to put a battery in one key and cut a new key seems excessive. How much "shop" work was even done to change a batter in a key fob and cut a key? Feels like profit ballooning to me. This makes me wonder if another supplier (dealer) would change the battery and key would have charged me less. More
