Being an old school bigger is better Big block V-8 guy I cant get over the power and torque of the Ecoboost engine, xxxx it seems more powerful with less effort i can't explain it, Alien technology has arrived. My husband and I came to Elder Ford to check out a 2013 Ford Edge, I have had a 2008 Edge for over 4'years (bought this vehicle from Ernie Haire Ford), we are definitely Ford "people" so came back to the d Ford Edge, I have had a 2008 Edge for over 4'years (bought this vehicle from Ernie Haire Ford), we are definitely Ford "people" so came back to the dealer that took over that business and we are both SO glad we did!! We came the 1st time on Thurs., Nacer Menouni came up to us and listened to what we were looking at, showed us the Edge's available, asked us if we wanted to take a test drive in one we were REALLY looking at closely, I was pleasantly surprised he tole us to go, he would be there when we returned! I have never had a sales person do that, that trust factor was AWESOME!! We ame back yesterday to see what we could purchase this vehicle for bottom line, Nacer did a wonderful job working with my husband that was in sales himself until he retired recently, but really made Nacer and Jeff work hard to get our business! And we weren't really planning on purchasing a new car yesterday, really was just checking out the possibility, yet things went so well we now have a beautiful 2013 Edge!! :) I gave this dealership all 5's mostly because of Nacer Menouni's awesome way of treating his customers, and Jeff's coolness under extreme stress dealing with my sweetie during the process of coming to the great price we got on our Edge!! Woo Hoo, I am a very happy woman today, thanks so much to all of the guys we dealt with, including Beau (?) (hope I spelled your name right!), the Finance Manager who was a very nice Southern guy from Ga., and that always makes me smile to talk with someone from the South (I am from Tenn.)!! I was looking to trade in my Honda Accord for a used truck. I was given a great price for my trade in, usually large dealerships rip you off. Mark and Nacer were not pushy salesman. I was originally looking for a used car but after talking to the sales manager I was convinced that leasing a new car was actually a better option for me, considering that I no longer have long, daily commut to the sales manager I was convinced that leasing a new car was actually a better option for me, considering that I no longer have long, daily commutes to work. I'm so happy I did it! The sales staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - I did not feel as though I was being pressured to do something against my best interest. Because the new car had only arrived the day before, I had to make a second trip to the dealership to pick up a duplicate key. There was also a glitch with the financial paperwork, so I had to sign the contract that next day, also. The sales person all but bent over backward to make up for the extra trip, even offering me a free tank of gas! The finance office staff was extra apologetic about the wait for the contract, and then gave me a discount on the tire & wheel coverage, which was added to the lease agreement. I would say everyone there went out of their way to make my experience a positive one, and I truly appreciated it. More
