Not my first new Ford product but my first time shopping with Elder. I went in looking at a CPO F150 and worked with salesman Oscar and Ali. They showed me not only the one I came in for, but numerous oth with Elder. I went in looking at a CPO F150 and worked with salesman Oscar and Ali. They showed me not only the one I came in for, but numerous other options as well. Oscar was extremely helpful and attentive and Ali helped lay out all my finance/purchase options as plain as could be. I ended up leaving with a brand new F150 and couldn’t be happier. Due to the time they were unable to detail the truck the night I took it home but took care of it immediately the next day as soon as I arrived at the dealer. Overall an excellent experience all the way across the board from Oscar, Ali and Slim in finance. I’ll definitely be returning when it’s time for service, an upgrade or just another vehicle. More
