Easy. Efficient. Relaxed. Came in with an issue with an almost brand new car, I was worried about the possible outcomes. Elder Ford - Bad experience turned good. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler for my fiance from Elder Ford of Tampa. The sale process was smooth and I didn't have any complaints there. Originally whe I purchased a Jeep Wrangler for my fiance from Elder Ford of Tampa. The sale process was smooth and I didn't have any complaints there. Originally when I first visited the dealer the day before to view the vehicle they promised me HID's & a door flaw to be fixed on the vehicle. The salesmen kept pushing these off on me saying "I'll add it to the papers later" and tried to slide it by me and I eventually agreed to fix the door ding only. I came in and bought the vehicle with an extended warranty (worth $5k). I really didn't have an issue until I came in to try and get my door fixed. They pushed me off to the paintless touch repair guy and I scheduled an appointment with him. (After the salesmen kept dancing around it for two weeks). He was great (Dennis the dent medic) and told me he already worked on this car and pushed out two dents and that it would require body shop work. I agreed and tried to contact the salesmen to work this out. He then told me "He didn't have it in his notes" and I had to argue with him for another week before the appointment was finally scheduled. I then brought in the jeep for the scheduled appointment to get it fixed. He then argued with me again even though it was in the original contract. I argued back and forth with him for a few days before finally going into the dealer and speaking with the Manager. He did right by the customer and resolved my issue and I finally got the door fixed and didn't charge me anything. Bottom line here is: I had a bad salesman at a good dealership. I would still recommend Elder Ford because they did end up completing the work and it is a quality vehicle at a good price. I will probably buy a 5.0 Mustang from them when my lease is up on my Dodge. Tim Winningham is a quality manager and I appreciate everything he did for me. More

Quoted wrong price Called a week before I made appointment to confirm price of simple alignment. Then made appointment and dropped truck off. Finance department I was mislead on the final price and not only did they reinclude the DISCOUNT of 699 they try send me off with empty tank. Sales person (Trey) had the nerve to tell me their losing money on this deal. I was also given a car the was not cleaned. Overall I will never return and I've started process of filing a complaint with the BBB and I will be writing my feed back on Google. Also the finance person (ED) did 8 credit inquiries without informing me. Once I asked he lied and said he only did it 4 times. More
