I went in for service I was quoted for an entire battery cable change for about 900$ I went to 2 other shops and both informed me that my battery cable was absolutely fine and all that was needed was a batt cable change for about 900$ I went to 2 other shops and both informed me that my battery cable was absolutely fine and all that was needed was a battery terminal which is a 800 $ difference in price my truck is fine and I've got it checked since and told I did the right thing not paying for a new cable I am extremely disappointed I gave my dad's army coin to the dealership and I'm on disability which means my money is very important to me I would sue if I could because its THE FORD DEALERSHIP! I would've never thought they would need to trick people Nicole was very nice and she wasn't under the hood but whoever looked at my truck and gave me that diagnosis should be reprimanded and/or fired More
