They don’t have a clue on what they are doing. The years 2 and a half years I owned my brand newly purchased Platinum F150 it was in the shop 1 year of the time. Went in for last minute repair and will not be going back. 2 stars for ability to take walk ins and desk staff were nice people. I asked for a tire alignment as my car has been shaking at high speeds. They said I did not need a whole alignment but something cheaper and less work. After an hour is so of waiting they let me know that my car was ready and they only did the back tires but test drove and it was fine. $100 paid, left the dealership and nothing had changed while driving home or in the days after.
