WORST EXPERIENCE AT A DEALERSHIP SERVICE CENTER THAT I'VE EVER HAD!!!! Nothing that states on the receipt, was done to the car! Not even the correct type of oil requested, which my request was confirmed, a EVER HAD!!!! Nothing that states on the receipt, was done to the car! Not even the correct type of oil requested, which my request was confirmed, and I was told that my requested oil, FULL SYNTHETIC, was the only oil to be used. Also, funny to find out through my mechanic, that they stated they put 10 quarts of oil in my car, when my car only golds 8, and yet my car lacked oil when my mechanic checked it, as he always does when I bring the car for any work. He was also the one who told me my car did not have Full Synth, just by feeling its consistency, and when I got home and checked my pprwrk, it does say they used blend. I had the worst experience/service ever, as I was lied to, and like everyone else, I do not appreciate being lied to! I would NEVER, EVER, recommend Elder Ford for any services to anyone who loves and really cares for their vehicle!!!! More

Had an issue with my transmission and Elder Ford did everything under the sun to help out with having my extended warranty and Ford help out with the cost due to a technicality. It took a little time but they stood by their word and Dan made the entire process easy and kept me informed the entire time and even had my vehicle ready a day early. In the future I still plan on taking my vehicle there . More
