I have a Ford Focus, 2014. The engine light started coming on and off. I called the Elder Ford of Tampa, spoke with the Assistant Manager Daniel Alicea and made an appointment for diagnosing and servicing my car. Mr. Alicea was very professional and friendly and offered me the soonest possible date. The appointment and the service of my car exceeded my expectations. The Transmission Module Control had to be replaced and programed. The dealership did not have the part. Mr. Alicea went extra miles and miles to get the job done. He found the part in the Lakeland dealership, ordered to be delivered and by 1:30 pm my car was ready. The repair was even covered by the Ford extended warranty. Thank you Mr. Alicea! Thank you everyone involved in the repair of my car! More

I ordered a vehicle from this dealership through Driveway. First, don’t ever use Driveway… ever. But through the fiasco of dealing with Driveway, the dealership only has one real interaction with me Driveway. First, don’t ever use Driveway… ever. But through the fiasco of dealing with Driveway, the dealership only has one real interaction with me which is what I’m basing this rating on. The vehicle was damaged upon arrival and the dealer said they’d send me a check to cover it. Awesome. However, that was over a month ago and haven’t received any check or follow up. Just another in a long line of disappointments and broken promises in this vehicle buying process. More
