With the help of the E-Price calculator on their website, there was no haggling or pressure to buy. I kept wondering when things were going to go wrong but they never did. They even went above and beyond when our paperwork had an error on it by sending someone to us (2 hours away) to resign the papers. I highly recommend! More

Wonderful Experience I just leased my second vehicle from Elk Grove Subaru. I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. I went to Mike Carlson because he was so great when I lease I just leased my second vehicle from Elk Grove Subaru. I wouldn't have gone anywhere else. I went to Mike Carlson because he was so great when I leased my Impreza. He recommended an Outback this time but of course left it up to me to decide after the test ride. Was he ever right. I loved my Impreza and had a hard time saying goodbye to it (yes, I did say goodbye and even gave it a hug lol). Guess what! I now have a new love...my Outback. Mike was professional, thorough and answered all my questions just like my last experience with him. In fact, when he briefly left to set up the financing and have the car detailed there were three other customers (2 of them had previously purchased from Mike) who were asking for him only...wow? I highly recommend Mike at Elk Grove Subaru. Brandon Vaughn also did an excellent job explaining the financing and additional paperwork. Subarus have an excellent reputation and Mike, Brandon and the Elk Grove dealership are outstanding. I will never go anywhere else. More
