I'd drive 100 miles to buy a car from Elk Grove Subaru again I wanted a very specific color and feature set for my Forester, and I ended up contacting Subaru dealerships all over Northern California. Alan and th I wanted a very specific color and feature set for my Forester, and I ended up contacting Subaru dealerships all over Northern California. Alan and the team at Elk Grove were exceptional, and I would travel 100 miles to buy my next Subaru from them in a heartbeat. Their pricing and customer service blew everyone else out of the water. Alan was particularly helpful - the car I wanted was due to arrive when I was scheduled to be out of town. Unlike many other Subaru dealerships, Elk Grove doesn't currently allow customers to reserve/hold vehicles by putting down a $500 deposit, so this was of some concern as the vehicle I wanted was in very short supply. But, Alan stayed in communication with me and contacted me as soon as the car arrived on the lot. I was able to head up there the next day and purchase the vehicle before I left for my trip. He also arranged to have a missing luggage compartment cover shipped to me at no cost when I discovered it was missing the day after I got the car home. He didn't contest it or give me a hard time at all. Wonderful customer service. I have been, and will continue to recommend Elk Grove to anyone who is considering a Subaru purchase. More
