Not enough profit to replace windshield First let me state that it was my sons first new car purchase. Alan in sales and the Finance rep were fantastic! They retrieved a car with the color First let me state that it was my sons first new car purchase. Alan in sales and the Finance rep were fantastic! They retrieved a car with the colors my son wanted from Fresno. Upon inspection they found 2 chips in the windshield. I asked to have the windshield replaced. David Lang said there was not enough profit made on the new car to replace the windshield and he would only fill the chips. He did offer to reverse the deal but we had already spent a day and a half negotiating, paperwork and a down payment. So at this point my son said go ahead let them just use the filler. My opinion is that when you take delivery of a new vehicle and you find it flawed the dealership should make it whole again and not take a shortcut measure because they didn't make enough profit to make it whole again. I rate Sales and Finance a 5. Management a ZERO. I would recommend this dealership if you deal with a different General Manager. More

An excellent experience, Paul and I wanted to see the new Subaru Forester, and we had heard about Elk Grove Subaru on the Car Pro radio program. We met with Mike Carlson on O Paul and I wanted to see the new Subaru Forester, and we had heard about Elk Grove Subaru on the Car Pro radio program. We met with Mike Carlson on October 13th and in a very short time decided to buy a 2017 Forester. Mike was wonderful explaining all the features of the car and answering all our questions. He kept updating what to expect next so that we were aware of all that happened, Car buying was such a pleasant experience for us that we will recommend him to our friends. Even driving for 2 hours was worth it. And we loved the trip home in our new car, Also the financial Mike was terrific too and explained everything thoroughly. Thanks to everyone there. More
