No pressure This was a great experience. I thought I was going to get a Legacy but ended up test driving the BRZ . We got our price and left to go to other dealer This was a great experience. I thought I was going to get a Legacy but ended up test driving the BRZ . We got our price and left to go to other dealerships. But cam back to Elk Grove because the sales person Bruce knew his stuff. From beginning to end he was there, even to explain how to use the car. And I got the color I wanted where the other dealers wanted to talk me into a different color. I wanted the Black and that is what I got. Thank you More
Took time to consider my options Everyone was really awesome. I have a complicated financial situation, but a good paying job that I've been at for a long time. I started this proces Everyone was really awesome. I have a complicated financial situation, but a good paying job that I've been at for a long time. I started this process back in January 2015 and decided not to take their offer and try to improve my credit for a better deal. Now almost five months later, I got the deal I wanted on the exact car I wanted. Some of the initial offers from the banks were not desirable, but we kept at it until they came up with something that will work for me. Thanks so much to Pam Verduzco for facilitating the process. Really nice folks. More

We came from Pacifica, CA and checked out several dealership in our neck of the woods, but decided to make the drive to Elk Grove and got our car for a lot cheaper! Special Edition I went in on Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend to see how my family (2 members are about 6' tall) would fit in the different models (Legacy, Imprez I went in on Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend to see how my family (2 members are about 6' tall) would fit in the different models (Legacy, Impreza, Crosstrek, and Forester) I was looking at. I was leaning towards the Special Edition Crosstrek (in yellow) that I had found online or the Crosstrek Limited in the tangerine pearl because I felt they are great safety colors (like most people in Sacramento, I've been hit other drivers who were not paying attention). With a yellow or orange car, it makes it hard to say that they couldn't see it. It also makes it easy to find in parking lots. And there are already so many gray, white, and tan cars on the road. I also thought I might like a higher profile vehicle. My parents have a Forester and I like how it drives. Neither the Impreza nor the Legacy fit my tall family members. When I test drove the Crosstrek, it handled a lot like my parents' Forester. I really wanted the yellow Crosstrek, but it had just been sold the evening before. Bruce was great. He checked with several dealerships nearby and found one that would trade the Special Edition they had for a Crosstrek EG had. It took a few days to get everything coordinated, but Bruce made the process feel smooth. He introduced me to the service guys who were in at the time. I thought that was nice since I will be seeing them regularly for maintenance and check ups. Bruce explained they were one of the few Subaru locations to have an award from Subaru for their service. I enjoyed working with Bruce. He has a great personality and sense of humor. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car to see Bruce at Subaru. Mike worked with me on financing and was good at explaining the different options. I appreciated how well he worked with me and addressing my questions. There is a reason EG Subaru is one of the top rated Subaru dealerships. More

Great Dealership I was looking to purchase a vehicle but not necessarily a Subaru. However, after discussing the situation with David DeLeon I gave it a second though I was looking to purchase a vehicle but not necessarily a Subaru. However, after discussing the situation with David DeLeon I gave it a second thought and was so glad I did because after testing the Subaru Forester I was sold on the vehicle. From beginning to end the experience with Assistant Sales Manager David DeDeleon, Sales Manager Sonny Aivazian and Finance Rep Brandon Vaughn was nothing but amazing. I would highly recommend Elk Grove Subaru. "Thank You Gentlemen!!!! More
Excellent customer service! Sales & Finance guy AWESOME!! Best dealership I've ever been to. The sales, management and finance guys are professional, friendly, funny and worked VERY hard to meet price demands Best dealership I've ever been to. The sales, management and finance guys are professional, friendly, funny and worked VERY hard to meet price demands. Gave GREAT discounts too! Right from the start, we were greeted by our awesome sales guy Tareq. We grew very fond of him (having spent half the day viewing the cars, test driving, negotiating, and waiting to clear finance to finally get my car!). David Deleon was very pleasant and worked hard to get us an affordable price point. We didn't feel any sense of urgency or pressure and were weighed with all the options for acquiring the car/suv that best suited me. Our finance guy Brandon was awesome as well. Being a nurse, I was surprised to hear that over 25% of customers that come in to Subaru have an occupation in the medical field. It's true, we like the outdoors and we like the high safety ratings. In the end, we got the Forester! Thank you so much for taking care of us. I HIGHLY recommend anyone interested in purchasing a Subaru to go this dealership!!! More
Jeremy flat out tried to cheat me Salesman told me the used car I was looking at came w/ a 1mo/1000mi warranty. I confirmed by looking at the Buyer's Guide in the window. Went into fi Salesman told me the used car I was looking at came w/ a 1mo/1000mi warranty. I confirmed by looking at the Buyer's Guide in the window. Went into finance office w/ Jeremy. First thing he told me was car was being sold "as-is" and he showed me an "as is" Buyer's Guide as if that was the one from the car. I corrected him and he had salesman bring Buyer's Guide from the car. We finished our business, he handed me a folder with my paperwork. 6 days after the purchase, the check engine light came on. When I called the service department, I opened the folder and saw that Jeremy had NOT included the Buyer's Guide that I had signed (w/ the warranty), instead he had included a DIFFERENT Buyer's Guide that said "as is". He also typed "as is" language onto one of the other forms. This was AFTER we'd had a conversation AND the salesman had been involved. I immediately called Lasher and spoke to Sunny (sp?) to explain the situation. The next morning I took the car in to the service department for a diagnostic (it ended up needing a new catalytic converter!) and to speak to DAVE, a sales manager. Dave knew exactly who I was when I approached him, even though he played dumb. As soon as I told him who I was, he spun around in his chair and grabbed a copy of the Buyer's Guide I had signed. Wow, how is it that Jeremy managed to save the form I signed but put the wrong one in my folder? I should add that he actually had to write the car info on the form and draw a large X in the "as is" box. Yes - they are honoring the warranty - I didn't have to pay for the repairs today. But Jeremy flat-out tried to cheat me - there's no doubt in my mind. And the fact that Dave tried to defend him and suggest that it was an honest mistake - smh - that tells me all I need to know about how Lasher Subaru conducts business. This is Standard Operating Procedure. CAVEAT EMPTOR - and check your paperwork BEFORE you leave the premises. More
