Simply awesome Pam is hands down the best car salesperson that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I called her on Sunday and between several back and for Pam is hands down the best car salesperson that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. I called her on Sunday and between several back and forth phone calls, her and I were able to come to a perfect agreement for a purchase of a 2015 Subaru Forester. I met her the following day (Monday) around 7pm and she had me out the door with my brand new car in less than two hours. Pam went out of her way to show me every detail of my new Subaru including helping me to set up my blue tooth with my phone. I also have to give excellent kudos to Mike in finance who is the best guy you could ever hope to sit across a desk from and sign papers with ... completely professional, funny, down to earth and, simply put, a real caring and genuine individual. I was not disappointed when we were helped by a gentleman named Mut. He never pressured us into making a decision and helped us to get a great deal on our new Crosstrek! He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He let us take our time and we never felt pressured in the least. He was very well informed and couldn't have been nicer. It was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Also, Jerremy helped us through the finance process in a very professional yet friendly way. I was given at least or more than what I expected on my trade in, there was no haggling over the price on the new car, their offer price was less than I expected. I got a great deal with wonderful service from Herbie. He was so friendly and personable and not to mention quick. I was there in full less than three hours and to me that's amazing. I've spent 10+ hours buying other cars so I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the whole process was and they were busy to boot. I feel completely satisfied with my purchase and have no regrets. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to talk me into something i couldn't afford. Thanks Herbie!
