The Easiest Car Purchase with Outstanding Customer Service My husband and I were just stopping by for me to test drive the new 2015 Subaru WRX this past weekend. We had been looking at new cars to trade in my 328i BMW for and I was hesitant on not getting another BMW, but my husband was insistent on my test driving different makes and models. We wondered the lot for about ten minutes just looking and then met Gavin McPoil. We test drove the new car and I instantly fell for it. I do not know how I converted from a BMW to a Subaru, but I was sold the second I test drove one. Once I test drove the car I fell in love with the speed, look and comfort of the car. Gavin went above and beyond to track down a Pearl White 6-speed with moon roof for me as I was not budging on color and 6-speed. Gavin was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all key features to us. They offered us an amount that was acceptable for my BMW with a great price for the new car. We came back the next day to get the car once it had arrived and worked with Jeremy on finance documents and DMV documents. It was a smooth process from start to finish with no sleazy sales tactics or pushy sales. Both gentlemen were very down to earth and easy to talk with. I would HIGHLY recommend Gavin to anyone who is searching for a new car and Jeremy was very pleasant to work with in regards to completing the purchase. After the documents were completed Gavin helped us set up the new car and sync our iPhones. I really miss my BMW, however I am becoming OBSESSED with this new car the more I drive it. Customer service has gone out the window at a lot of places, but definitely not here at Elk Grove Subaru. More

He beat them all through his immediate email responses, working hard to get me the lowest price, and his friendly and kind demeanor. Mike Lagandaon handled the financial end of the transaction. Mike and I made a NO HASSEL deal on the price. Mike called me later that afternoon with an appointment to sign the paperwork. I showed up, signed the paperwork and DROVE off. We left there knowing what we wanted and started looking online. After calling Lasher and explaining what we were looking for we were told we would be called back. Nothing until David Deleon called asking if were were still interested in a Subaru. After explaining what we wanted and the price we wanted David promised to look into it. David called back explaining that they had a car for us in a dealer trade and asking when we could be there. It took only 4 hours after David got involved for us to be told our car was waiting for us. We drove down the next morning to complete the deal. After trying to buy for a month it was worked out in a matter of hours by your great staff. David Deleon made our purchase happen and the rest of the staff completed the purchase. We drove down from Nevada County and IT WAS WORTH THE DRIVE ! More
