I came home with my new Subaru Forester I was guided to Elk Grove Subaru by a very satisfied customer who recommended Mike Carlson and I did. I selected a couple of Foresters and Mike sent by e-mail the details and price range for each select. I set up an appointment with Mike for the next day. I met with Pamela Verduzco who was able to answer all my questions. We went over my requirements, made a couple of selections, checked them out and went for a test drive. I knew able Subaru's fine reputation and we found the vehicle I wanted. Pamela went over the vehicle with me to show me how everything worked. Pamela wrote everything up and brought the vehicle to detailed and I was off to see Jeremy Remillard in Finance. All the required paperwork was ready and Jeremy went over every sheet of paperwork with me so I knew what I was signing. I received a call from Service today and set up an appointment to have a couple of accessories installed this week. There was never any high pressure and I felt very comfortable during the whole sales experience. I will be recommending Elk Grove Subaru to friends and family who was looking for an excellent vehicle. More
