Major Service Required I have had nothing but great service experiences with the Toyota team since I purchased my 2014 FJ Cruiser at Elk Grove Toyota. I recently had to take my rig in for a major service and as usual - I got that red carpet treatment. I had a lot of work required on my FJ and so my vehicle spent the night at Toyota. Fred Daniels (long term employee and fellow FJ owner) and Brian Chase took care of my rig and did a stellar job. It honestly felt like a team effort as we worked through a few things and my FJ is on beast mode once again. Specials shout out to my dudes - Andy Tran and Michael "Mikey" Lau. All around - great crew! More

Could of been better The service person who assisted me was a great help! Was able to get my car in for a full system flush the following day eventhough I didn’t have an a The service person who assisted me was a great help! Was able to get my car in for a full system flush the following day eventhough I didn’t have an appointment for it since I was originally there to get an Oil Change but he had informed me I would of be wasting money by paying for the oil change if I was plannig to do the system flush in a couple weeks so I decided to just leave the car over night so they could get to doing the full system flush the next morning. My biggest issue was when I came to pick up my car and get the keys from the cashier’s I paid for the service that got done to my car. Then once I paid they informed me someone will be coming to bring my car out yet noone ever did/could since they had gave me the keys to my car. So I was waiting 20 minutes for someone to bring my car out to the front and nothing. I had went back to the cashier’s desk after 10 minutes of waiting and the lady working the desk said Oh they should be soon they probably just parked my car far away yet I still had the keys to the car. More

Service contract Came in for regular servicing under extended service contract. At the end worker told me it was about to expire. If they don't understand what they are reading they should consult someone else who does before wasting my time back and forth for nothing..... More
